A Roseburg man was jailed in a burglary case on Tuesday.
A report from the Roseburg Police said at about 5:10 p.m. a witness reported that several male transients had broken into a building in the 700 block of Mosher. Officers arrived and found only 34-year old Joseph Campos inside. He was charged with second degree burglary, third degree theft and for a probation violation.
Campos was held without bail.
