A Roseburg man was jailed after allegedly refusing to leave the emergency room at Mercy Medical Center on Tuesday morning.
Information from Roseburg Police said at about 11:40 a.m. the 50-year old man tried to fight when contacted by a police officer. The report said he was also highly intoxicated, which is a violation of his probation.
The suspect was charged with second degree disorderly conduct and for a probation violation. He was held without bail.
