Three people were cited by Roseburg Police for prohibited camping on Sunday.
The RPD report said at 9:30 a.m. the group, ranging in age from 25 to 64 were found camping by the Oak Street Bridge. The report said all had their belongings near them and were inside sleeping bags.
All three were released after being cited.
