A Winston man was jailed following a disorderly conduct incident on Monday.
Information from Roseburg Police said at about 12:25 p.m. an officer responded to A-1 Transmissions on Diamond Lake Boulevard. 42-year old Justin Murray was reportedly intoxicated from drug use, was confronting people he knew at the business and was refusing to leave. The report said Murray ran back into the building and fought with one man and with responding officers. A taser had to be used several times before the man could be taken into custody.
Murray was evaluated on scene by Roseburg Fire Department personnel and then taken to corrections. He was charged with second degree counts of disorderly conduct, criminal trespass, and burglary, along with resisting arrest.
Bail was set at $60,000.
