MAN JAILED FOR DOWNTOWN INCIDENTS

A Roseburg man was jailed following incidents in downtown Roseburg on Friday.
A report from the Roseburg Police said at 12:00 p.m. the 40-year old was reported for allegedly removing a handicap sign from the ground near the courthouse. He then reportedly went into the courthouse and alarmed the clerks with his behavior. After being escorted outside, he was located near the corner of Jackson and Cass, allegedly pulling his jeans down and standing in the middle of the roadway.
The man was released from custody on Sunday.
