A Roseburg man was cited after a disturbance on Tuesday morning.
A report from the Roseburg Police said at 6:30 a.m. officers responded to the 700 block of Southeast Jackson downtown. When they arrived, they observed a 65-year old man chasing a female employee out of a store. The suspect was tackled and arrested without further incident.
He was charged with second degree counts of disorderly conduct and criminal trespass.
