MAN JAILED FOR CREDIT CARDS/COMPUTER CRIMES

A Roseburg man was jailed for credit card and computer crimes along with other charges, on Tuesday morning.
Information from Roseburg Police said at about 7:15 a.m. 32-year old Keith Weatherford was contacted in the 2500 block of Northeast Edenbower. The report said Weatherford allegedly stole a pistol and credit cards from a vehicle. His use of those credit cards made it possible for officers to track him down and place him under arrest.
Weatherford was charged with unlawful entry into a vehicle, unlawful possession of a firearm, first degree theft, computer crimes and for identity theft.
He was initially detained on $256,250 bail.
