A Tiller man was cited after an incident at Denny’s on West Harvard Wednesday morning.
A report from the Roseburg Police said at 5:00 a.m. the 54-year old was repeatedly asked by employees to leave after he spent nearly two hours in the restroom. The man had purchased $16 worth of food that he had no means of paying for. The man allegedly cursed at employees and told them to contact police.
He was cited for second degree criminal trespass and for third degree theft and then was released.
