Two people were cited for prohibited camping by Roseburg Police on Sunday.
A report from RPD said just after 3:00 p.m. a 47-year old woman and a 58-year old man was spotted camping in a tent on the riverbank in the 400 block of Riverside, in the Laurelwood neighborhood.
They were released after being cited.
