ROSEBURG MAN JAILED FOR DISORDERLY CONDUCT

A Roseburg man was jailed on a charge of second-degree disorderly conduct late Monday night.
Information from Roseburg Police said at about 11:50 p.m. The 32-year old was contacted near the intersection of Garden Valley and Willow. The report said it was the second time police had contacted the man that evening. Police were originally called for a disturbance at a residence. This time the man had allegedly almost caused a traffic crash because he was seen standing directly in the middle of the roadway on Garden Valley. The report said a truck had to lock up their brakes to avoid striking him.
The suspect was released from custody on Tuesday morning.
