A Roseburg man was jailed for aggravated theft in the first degree and for a parole violation on Monday.
Information from the Roseburg Police said at 9:20 a.m. 32-year old Spencer Hopkins was contacted. He had allegedly stolen a camp trailer belonging to a family member.
Hopkins was initially detained without bail.
