A Roseburg man was jailed for unlawful possession of methamphetamine and for first degree criminal trespass on Thursday morning.
Information from Roseburg Police at about 10:10 a.m. staff of the Rodeway Inn reported that a visitor or intruder in a room had barricaded the door and was essentially preventing the elderly resident from exiting. The report said officers forced their way in and found that 49-year old Marc Harper was having a paranoid reaction to meth use.
Harper was detained on $12,500 bail.
