A Dense Fog Advisory is in effect for central Douglas County through 10:00 a.m. Friday morning.
Forecasters at the National Weather Service said visibility of one quarter of a mile or less is occurring. That is leading to hazardous driving conditions due to the low visibility. It includes the Interstate Five corridor and other valleys in the county, including Roseburg, Camas Valley, Sutherlin, Canyonville and Elkton.
The advisory said motorists should slow down, use their headlights and leave plenty of distance between their vehicle and other vehicles around them.
