The Douglas County Christmas Tree is now up at the courthouse.
Installation of the tree began on Wednesday morning. The Building Facilities staff is now working to turn the tree, the courthouse and the Justice Center into a festive holiday display.
The tree lighting ceremony, presented by the County and the Downtown Roseburg Association, is set for Saturday November 30th, at 5:00 p.m. A live nativity scene, across the street, at First Christian Church, will begin at 4:30 p.m. The tree will remain on display through Thursday January 2nd.
