Christmas Tree tags will be available from the Bureau of Land Management’s Roseburg District and from the Umpqua National Forest from November 25th through December 24th.
A joint news release from the agencies said the cost for a single tree up to 12 feet high is $5. There is a limit of three trees on BLM land and five trees on Forest Service land per household. No commercial tags will be issued. The tag authorizes purchasers to cut their own trees in either the Swiftwater or South River Resource areas on BLM land and on areas designated for harvesting on Forest Service land.
