Two transients were jailed on drug charges in Sutherlin on Wednesday.
Captain Kurt Sorenson of the Sutherlin Police told News Radio 1240 KQEN that Krystal Hooper and Michael Cox were contacted after they pulled their camp trailer into Central Park at about 5:45 p.m. Sorensen said both had warrants for their arrest. While they were being detained, they were found to have a small amount of meth. A dog the couple had was taken to Saving Grace.
Both were initially detained on $55,000 bail.
