A Roseburg woman was cited for theft of services on Sunday afternoon.
Information from Roseburg Police said at 3:45 p.m. for a second time, the 52-year old had connected her motorhome to the power supply at the Cobb Learning Center on Northeast Walnut by using an extension cord.
She was cited for a third-degree count of the charge and then was released.
