A woman was cited for prohibited camping and offensive littering by Roseburg Police on Saturday morning.
A report from RPD said at about 9:00 a.m. the 50-year old woman was contacted under the Oak Street Bridge inside a tent. The report said the tent contained personal belongings, blankets and sleeping bags. In front of the tent were food items which had been tossed to the ground.
The woman was released after being cited.
