A Tenmile man was cited for second degree criminal trespass by the Roseburg Police on Tuesday night.
An RPD report said at about 7:30 p.m. the suspect was reported to be repeatedly trespassing at the Oak Market on Southeast Oak downtown.
The report said an officer contacted the man, gave him a citation, and then released him.
