AIR STAGNATION ADVISORY THROUGH TUESDAY MORNING

November 11, 2019 4:05 a.m.
An Air Stagnation Advisory remains in effect through 10:00 a.m. Tuesday morning for central Douglas County and surrounding areas.
Forecasters at the National Weather Service said strong inversions and limited mixing persist, leading to periods of poor air quality. That could cause issues for people with respiratory problems.
State air quality agencies highly recommend that no outdoor burning occur and that residential wood burning devices be limited as much as possible.
The Advisory area also includes Josephine and Jackson counties, eastern Curry County and the Klamath Basin.
