A Roseburg man was jailed after allegedly fighting with officers early Tuesday morning.
Information from Roseburg Police said shortly after 8:00 a.m. 41-year old Robert Marlow was contacted by officers in the 2600 block of Edenbower Boulevard after the man reportedly refused to leave a business after being asked to numerous times. The report said the man had allegedly stolen merchandise from the store.
Officers told the man to leave and he refused again, and then fought with police briefly before being arrested without further incident.
Marlow was charged with resisting arrest, second degree criminal trespass and third- degree criminal mischief. He was initially detained on $8,750 bail.
