Two people were cited by Roseburg Police for prohibited camping and depositing trash within 100 yards of a waterway on Friday.
The RPD report said at about 9:45 a.m. officers contacted a 50-year old man and a 60-year old woman in the 1800 block of Diamond Lake Boulevard. The report said Douglas Glass had fencing cut around their perimeter which led officers to find the pair at a camp behind the business. They were located inside a structure built with wood and tarps.
The man was cited and released while the woman was jailed due to a warrant out of Jackson County.
