A Roseburg man was jailed after being tased by Roseburg Police on Monday afternoon
A report from Roseburg Police said at 2:30 p.m. a 36-year old man was contacted in the 1400 block of Southeast Stephens and was told he was under arrest for a probation violation. The man turned to fight with the officer and then the taser was used.
The suspect was charged with resisting arrest and for a probation violation. He was detained without bail.
