A Roseburg man was cited for offensive littering on Saturday morning.
A report from the Roseburg Police said at about 7:00 a.m. the 65-year old was located at Fairhaven Apartments in the 600 block of West Fairhaven. The man was reported to be sleeping inside the building overnight and defecating on the stairwell. He was given a courtesy ride to the Roseburg Rescue Mission and then was released from custody.
