A Roseburg man was caught using markers again.
A report from the Roseburg Police said Saturday night at 5:30 p.m. an officer observed the 58-year old man writing on a building in the 800 block of Southeast Stephens. He was cited for third degree criminal mischief before being released.
The citation was the fourth one the man has received for using markers in the past month. The other citations were for writing on two other buildings and for using a marker on the Oak Street Bridge.
