A two-vehicle accident happened on Diamond Lake Boulevard just as the afternoon commute began on Thursday.
A report from Roseburg Police said the wreck was reported at 4:55 p.m. Two vehicles were traveling westbound near the intersection with Ivan Street. A car operated by a 28-year old woman made a lane change and struck the second vehicle, which was driven by a 23-year old woman.
Both vehicles had to be towed from the scene. The driver that caused the accident was cited for making an unsafe lane change.
