In the KQEN Cultural Spotlight:
The Theatre Arts Department at Umpqua Community College will present “The War of the Worlds” opening Thursday evening.
The historic radio play will have three performances:
*Halloween night at 7:30 p.m.
*Friday afternoon at 4:00 p.m.
*Saturday night at 7:30 p.m.
The production will be at Centerstage Theatre in the Whipple Fine Arts Center on the UCC main campus. Admission is $10 at the door, with students being admitted for free.
