The annual Neewollah Parade takes place Thursday night, presented by the Downtown Roseburg Association.
The event gets started at 5:00 p.m. and begins at the corner of Jackson and Douglas Streets, near Roseburg City Hall. Children will be trick or treating for candy as they head down Jackson Street. Hot chocolate will be served, courtesy of the Salvation Army.
A costume contest will take place at 6:00 p.m. at the Roseburg Elks Lodge on Jackson. Those participating have an opportunity to win a purple moped.
