A Roseburg man was jailed for drugs and a warrant on Wednesday night.
A report from Roseburg Police said at 8:20 p.m. an officer contacted 41-year old Patrick Smith in the parking lot of the Garden Valley Shopping Center for a violation, and learned that he had a warrant out for his arrest
While being detained, Smith was allegedly found to posses a small amount of heroin. He was charged with unlawful possession of heroin, the warrant out of Sutherlin, and for a probation violation.  He was held without bail.
