MINOR INJURY ACCIDENT TUESDAY AFTERNOON

One person complained of pain following a two-vehicle accident Tuesday afternoon in Roseburg.
A report from Roseburg Police said at about 4:45 p.m. a 71-year old woman was driving east on Garden Valley as she passed through the intersection with Estelle. A 79-year old man was headed east right behind the first vehicle and ran into her back bumper as her vehicle slowed down. The report said there was minimal damage to both vehicles.
The woman whose vehicle was hit said she had neck pain and said she would drive herself to urgent care. A passenger in her vehicle had her arm in a sling from a previous injury and stated she wanted to have it checked out at urgent care as well.
The driver who caused the wreck was cited for following too closely.
