A Roseburg man was cited for second degree disorderly conduct by Roseburg Police on Tuesday morning.
The RPD report said just after 9:30 a.m. an employee of Motel 6 reported that a domestic disturbance between an 18-year old man and a woman had taken place the previous morning. The man had allegedly broken the woman’s window at that time. The report said the man had alarmed multiple employees by screaming at the woman and employees alike, and running in and out of the building and breaking more glass.
The man was released after the citation was issued.
