Two people were jailed on drug charges Monday as part of a theft case being investigated by Sutherlin Police.
Captain Kurt Sorenson said officers found Nicole Despain and Reginald Richardson, both age 38, allegedly in possession of narcotics. Each was charged with unlawful possession of both methamphetamine and methadone. Despain was also charged with first degree aggravated theft and was detained on $200,000 bail. Richardson was also charged with first degree theft by receiving. He was detained on $150,000 bail.
