A KQEN crime follow up:
Just over six years ago a shooting claimed the lives of a father and his daughter just north of Roseburg, but still no one has ever been charged with their murder.
On October 22,2013, 47-year old Michael Tellone and 24-year old Brittney Langford were killed at Langford’s home just off of Northeast Stephens Street near Page Road. Christopher Langford, Brittney’s husband, survived the incident with a non-life-threatening injury.
At the time of the crime, police said a Hispanic man around about 40 years old and six feet tall with a thick Hispanic accent was a suspect in the case.
Sergeant Brad O’Dell of the Douglas County Sheriff’s office told News Radio 1240 KQEN that the homicide investigation remains open and active and leads are followed up on as they are reported. O’Dell said anyone with knowledge in the case should contact detectives at 440-4458.
