The Roseburg Zonta Club is continuing its Dignity Drive.
During Domestic Violence Awareness Month this month, it is an opportunity to help women forced out of their homes with no time to pack due to an abusive relationship or pregnancy. Those who want to help can contribute new underwear or sanitary products, which provides dignity to women who are working to restore their lives.
Dignity Drive drop boxes are at:
*Douglas County YMCA on Stewart Parkway
*Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews on Stewart Parkway
*Backside Brewery Company on N.E. Odell
*Hawks & Company Realtors on Southeast Jackson downtown
Items collected will be distributed to Battered Persons’ Advocacy, Adapt/Crossroads, Safe Haven and other agencies. The drive runs through November 15th.
