A Roseburg woman was jailed after throwing garbage in the 700 block of Southeast Pine on Wednesday morning.
A report from Roseburg Police said at about 9:45 a.m. the 31-year old was arrested after she was running around in the roadway. She was charged with second degree disorderly conduct and for offensive littering.
