A Roseburg man was jailed after a menacing incident on Tuesday.
Information from Roseburg Police said at 11:30 a.m. officers responded to a disturbance in the 600 block of Alameda. The report said that 38-year old Dale Kirkendall allegedly threatened and endangered a woman by breaking windows out of the house and by throwing items towards her while yelling threats.
Kirkendall was charged with menacing, reckless endangering and second-degree disorderly conduct. He was initially detained on $15,000 bail.
