A Roseburg man was cited for offensive littering and for drinking in public on Tuesday.
A Report from the Roseburg Police said at 10:15 am. a 65-year old man was loitering in the area of the 1800 block of Northeast Stephens. The man had allegedly thrown trash around him including empty beer cans, cigar wrappers, and feces covered bags and napkins.
The man was cited and then released.
