A Roseburg man was cited for second degree criminal trespass on Monday night.
A report from Roseburg Police said just after 6:00 p.m. the 37-year old man was reported to be acting lewd in the 400 block of Northeast Stephens. When contacted he was found to be trespassing on private property near several “no trespassing” signs.
He was initially detained on $1,250 bail.
