A Tenmile woman was hurt after her vehicle hit a rock on Sunday afternoon.
Information from the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office said at 12:30 p.m. the 57-year old woman turned into her driveway and went wide, which caused her to strike a large landscape rock. Airbags deployed and the woman hit her head resulting in a cut which needed stiches.
She was taken by ambulance to Mercy Medical Center where she was treated and released. The woman was cited for a felony count of driving while suspended. The report said neighbors agreed to move her vehicle down the driveway.
