A Roseburg woman was jailed for harassing people at the Stewart Park Duck Pond on Thursday.
The Roseburg Police report said at 3:00 p.m. 59-year old Kristina Harrelson was allegedly throwing rocks, threatening and trying to hit volunteers who were cleaning up the area. She was charged with harassment and second-degree disorderly conduct and detained on $5,000 bail.
