A Roseburg man was jailed for unlawful possession of methamphetamine on Wednesday.
A report from Roseburg Police said just after 11:45 a.m. 32-year old Spencer Hopkins was contacted by his probation officer who located a small amount of the drug. Hopkins was also charged for a probation violation and was detained without bail.
