ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH SEEKING DOG INVOLVED IN BITING INCIDENT

The Douglas County Environmental Health Program is seeking assistance in locating a dog involved in a biting incident.
The  DCEHP release said a large deaf, adult white pit bull dog bit a man who was walking another dog, and then ran off. The animal was between 60 and 70 pounds. The incident took place Saturday October 12th in the parking lot of Jo Lane Middle School, on Vine Street in Roseburg at approximately 10:00 p.m.
The dog needs to be found for observation purposes only, as required by law.
