The Zonta Club of Roseburg has its 4th annual Dignity Drive underway.
Zonta is seeking donations of new undergarments and sanitary products to help women who are working to restore their lives and leave abusive situations. The drive is part of the group’s Hand Up program which works in cooperation with Battered Persons’ Advocacy, Adapt/Crossroads, Safe Haven and other agencies to assist women in life changing situations. The donated items will go to those partner agencies.
There are three Dignity Drive drop boxes this year. Items can be dropped off at the YMCA, Red Robin Gourmet Burgers, and at Backside Brewery. The drive continues through November 15th.
