Two people were cited for camping directly under “no trespassing” signs in the 500 block of Northeast Stephens on Sunday afternoon.
A report from the Roseburg Police said a 31-year old man and a 44-year old woman were asked to leave the location, but refused. The pair was released after being cited, and cleaned up their camp.
