A Roseburg man was cited for prohibited camping in the same location twice in two days.
Information from Roseburg Police said at 7:30 a.m. Friday the 42-year old was found sleeping on a bench in Eagles Park on Southeast Jackson downtown. He was also contacted there, again sleeping on a bench, Saturday night at 8:00 p.m.
He was released after being cited.
