The driver was hurt when an SUV hit a tree along Highway 138E on Wednesday morning.
A report from Oregon State Police said at 10:00 a.m. the vehicle was headed west on the ice-covered road, in the area of Diamond Lake. The SUV rolled after the driver lost control. The 20-year old man from Bonanza had moderate injuries and was taken to a hospital by ambulance. The vehicle sustained major damage and had to be towed away.
