A Roseburg woman was jailed after refusing to move out of the way of a garbage truck while it was on its route, on Wednesday morning.
Information from Roseburg Police said at about 6:45 a.m. the 30-year old was contacted in the 700 block of Southeast Stephens. The woman was charged with second degree disorderly conduct and detained on $2,500 bail.
