In the KQEN Cultural Spotlight:
The Umpqua Valley Arts Association is holding its 2019 annual member meeting next Tuesday October 15th.
The meeting will include information about the accomplishments of the past year. Details about new projects and fun events planned for 2020 will be shared as well.
The event will run from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at the Arts Center on West Harvard in Roseburg.
