Two people were cited for prohibited camping in separate incidents on Monday.
A report from Roseburg Police said at 9:00 a.m. a 42-year old man was found under the bridge in the 200 block of Southeast Jackson, asleep under blankets.
Just after 10:30 a.m. a 68-year old man was found camping under the Washington Street Bridge near the corner of Washington and Madrone.
Both men were released after being cited.
