Two men were cited for prohibited camping by Roseburg Police on Wednesday.
Information from RPD said at about 4:40 a.m. the men, ages 40 and 42, were contacted after they were seen sleeping underneath the Jackson Street Bridge in the 200 block of Jackson.
The men were released after being given a citation.
